Heart's Cry — a Poem
Heart’s Cry
Way up North in the Arctic Land
there dwells an artist’s clan
That dreams of tropical breezes
Away from where it freezes.
They paint pictures of people and scenes
With brilliant reds, yellows, blues and greens.
What help can one artists’ clan do
When children’s Hearts Cry out to you?
In God-inspired prayers a solution planned
To reach out with an extended hand
And paint pictures of people and scenes
Using brilliant reds, yellows, blues and greens.
This Earth has only one village
And this clan considers it a privilege
To step up to do its part
And help these children from their heart
By auctioning pictures of people and scenes
All adorned in brilliant reds, yellows, blues and greens
